40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 80 years old; 2. Without CT and MR contraindications; 3. Voluntary participation in lumbar DXA, QCT and MRI examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of diseases which may affect bone metabolism; 2. A history of malignant tumor,long-term use of hormone or calcium supplements; 3. Patients who can not do MRI scan due to various reasons; 4. Severe depression, schizophrenia and other mental diseases or long-term use of antipsychotics.
