Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients diagnosed with uterine subserosal or intramural leiomyaoma; 2. aged 20 to 55 years; 3. the size of leiomyaoma is smaller than 10cm; 4. patients who are tolerance of operation; 5. the body mass index of patiet less than 30kg /m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pelvic inflammation; 2. suspected severe endometriosis or pelvic adhesion; 3. patients who are intolerance of operation.
