65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 65 to 90 years old; (2) Diagnosis of stroke as revised by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases Standard, and confirmed by head CT or MRI; (3) Estimated survival time >=2 years; (4) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Asymptomatic or static cerebral infarction; (2) Non-cerebrovascular events; (3) Hearing impairment, visual impairment, and poor coordination; (4) There is severe cognitive dysfunction before stroke; (5) Severe mental disorder; (6) Participating in other interventional research; (4) Unable to cooperate with rehabilitation assessment and treatment; (5) Combined with other serious organs or systemic diseases; (6) The self-care ability before the onset of life has been restricted (the score of activities of daily living is less than 80 points).
