18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male patients undergoing abdominal selective surgery; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 3. ASA I-II degree; 4. accept abdominal surgery, operation time <=4 hours; 5. urinary catheterizationafter after general anesthesia; 6. clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study; 7. signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Opioid allergy history; 2. History of acute or chronic pain, hypertension; 3. ischemic myocardial disease, cerebrovascular disease; 4. the history of the central nervous system disorders; 5. bladder outflow obstruction history, history of transurethral resection of the prostate, urethra operation history and history of bladder irritation syndrome (night urination is more than 3 times or within 24 h urine more than 8 times);Butophanol allergy history
