Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) For pregnant women admitted to our hospital for card establishment and delivery examination, a glucose tolerance test of 75 grams was performed at 24 to 28 weeks. All patients diagnosed with gestational diabetes with fasting and glucose at 1 hour or 2 hours after taking glucose reached or exceeded 5.1-10.0-8.5mmol/L through diet and exercise to control blood glucose, and failed to meet the standard and required drug treatment; (2) Less than 40 years old; (3) Fully explain the nature of this study and obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with pre-pregnancy diabetes who are continuously treated with metformin during early pregnancy; (2) Pregnant women with twins.
