20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Obstructive azoospermia (vasectomy, epididymal obstructive azoospermia); (2) Infertility caused by varicocele (associated with abnormal semen parameters); (3) The patient agreed to participate in the study and signed an informed consent form; (4) Male infertility microsurgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Recurrent varicocele; (2) Obstructive azoospermia with a history of bilateral indirect hernia surgery or scrotal inguinal surgery in childhood; (3) Azoospermia with suspected distal seminal obstruction; (4) Azoospermia with varicocele; (5) Non-obstructive azoospermia; (6) Severe heart, liver, brain and kidney diseases, as well as coagulation disorders are not suitable for general anesthesia.
