Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients with atrial fibrillation (aged >=60 years old); 2. Stroke risk assessment as high risk (cha2ds2 VASC score 2-9), regular oral antiplatelet drugs or anticoagulants; 3. DSA angiography excluded aortic arch variation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CTA showed aortic arch variation
