Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Positive culture of sputum Mycobacterium tuberculosis; 2) The susceptibility test of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum showed that isoniazid and rifampicin were simultaneously resistant; 3) The age range is between 18-65 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Ten items of drug sensitivity (screening) to exclude extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis (XDR-TB); 2) Those under the age of 18 or over 65; 3) The continuous course of disease is more than 5 years and the retreatment is more than 2 times; 4) Chest CT shows: the diameter of the lung cavity is greater than 5cm, and the cavity is greater than 5; 5) Emergency medical history of massive hemoptysis; 6) Body mass index (BMI index) is less than 19; 7) Combined with extrapulmonary tuberculosis such as lymphatic tuberculosis, bone tuberculosis, and brain tuberculosis; 8) Combined with mental illness or family history of mental illness; combined with respiratory failure; combined with severe peptic ulcer disease; combined with malignant tumor; combined with AIDS; combined with autoimmune disease; 9) Legally disabled patients; 10) Women who are pregnant, preparing to become pregnant or breast-feeding; 11) The QT interval is greater than 500 milliseconds after correction; 12) Abnormal liver function (AST, ALT exceeding 1.2 times the upper limit of normal) and/or HbsAg, HbeAg and HbcAg positive at the same time; 13) Diabetes with poor blood glucose control (fasting blood glucose greater than 7mmol/L, postprandial greater than 11mmol/L); 14) Those with incomplete imaging data.
