Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving ALLO-geneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from hLA-deficient or unrelated donors in the hematology department of Shanghai First People's Hospital. 2. Aged 18-60 years male and female; 3. Primary diseases are hematologic malignancies, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia, acute nonlymphoblastic leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, and highly invasive lymphoma; 4. Before treatment, blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram, lung function, lung CT and other examinations should be completed for transplant patients to exclude contraindication of transplantation; 5. ATG is included in the transplantation GVHD prevention program; 6. Having a detailed understanding of the nature, significance, potential benefits, inconvenience and potential risks and discomfort of the clinical study, and having volunteered to participate in this clinical trial, I can communicate well with the researcher and comply with the requirements of the whole study, and I (or my legal representative) sign the informed consent and sign the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy is less than 3 months; 2. Those judged by other researchers as unsuitable conditions.
