Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 100 patients with root canal infection were included; 2. Patients with unlimited gender; 3. Patients aged 18-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients whose apical foramen are not fully developed or whose apical foramen are more than 2mm; 2. Patients who are allergic to or do not cooperate with laser.
