Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pelvic floor dysfunction; 2. Stable vital signs; 3. Patients were able to understand the study programme and were willing to participate in the study, providing written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute infection, preoperative deep vein thrombosis or hypercoagulabilityfasting blood glucose >11.1mmol/L, blood pressure >160/100mmHg, liver and kidney dysfunction, mental illness and other surgical contraindications Patients who can not follow up after surgery.
