20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertility; 2. Hysteroscopic diagnosis of intrauterine adhesions and AFS score >=3; 3. Aged 20 to 40 years; 4. Normal ovarian reserve function (judgment criteria: FSH=6mm during ovulation; 7. Accept and adhere to treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffer from hysteroscopic surgery contraindications; (2) Combined with severe adenomyosis, membranous ectopic disease in stage 3 and 4 or CA125>35U/ml; (3) Combined with uncorrected Uterine malformations; (4) untreated hydrosalpinx; (5) previous surgical history of intrauterine adhesions >=2.
