Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Coronary artery disease mild to moderate stenosis group: coronary arteriography showed that stenosis of three main branches of coronary artery =50%; 3. Control group: there were all normal in clinical symptoms, serum troponin indicators and electrocardiogram.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All subjects were excluded from heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmia, diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction, and malignant tumors.
