Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. reproductive age women; 2. hysterectomy is required for benign disease; 3. The vital signs are stable and can be tolerated by laparoscopy; 4. Patients can understand the research program and are willing to participate in this study, providing written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer with uterine prolapse or pelvic floor dysfunction; 2. Pregnancy women; 3. Malignant tumor; 4. Uterine size >16 weeks,inappropriate for laparoscopic surgery; 5. Did not enter into the other clinical research 3 months ago before this study; 6. With severe disease can not tolerate anesthesia; 7. Having mental disease or drug abuse affect this test; 8. HIV infection; 9. With the situation that other researchers considered did not fit for this study.
