18 Years to 59 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 18-59 years; 2. ASA grade I-III and hepatic function Child grade A; 3. BMI 18-28; 4. Laparoscopic gastrointestinal and urological operations, or video-assisted esophagectomy and pulmonary surgery, or neurosurgery under general anesthesia. The anesthetic-surgical duration is more than 120 minutes; 5. Good compliance with the research protocol; 6. The subjects understood and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Operative severe cardiovascular disease, diabetes, severe liver and/or kidney dysfunction; 2. Preoperative history of chronic pain and mental illness; 3. Preoperative hypovolemia or hypotension; 4. Allergy history and drug abuse of fentanyl; 5. Alcoholism, drug use or long-term use of painkillers; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Drugs or foods that can inhibit or induce the expression of CYP3A were taken within one week before operation; 8. Monoamine oxidase inhibitor was used within 2 weeks before operation; 9. Other situations that the researcher considers unsuitable for clinical study.
