18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or intramucosal carcinoma of the esophagus after ESD/ESTD in our hospital; 2) Mucosal defect after >=3/4 of whole esophagus after ESD/ESTD operation; 3) EUS and enhanced CT suggested no signs of peripheral lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Non-curative resection under endoscopy, requiring additional surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 2) There are contraindications to glucocorticoids (uncontrollable infection, active peptic ulcer, severe hypertension, poorly controlled diabetes, corneal ulcers, severe osteoporosis, adrenal hyperfunction, severe psychosis and Epilepsy, etc.); 3) Those who cannot insist on taking medication or have participated in other clinical research; 4) During pregnancy or lactation; 5) Severe heart, kidney, lung and liver diseases; 6) Those with poor compliance; 7) People with allergies, known or suspected of being allergic to the test drug.
