18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are diagnosed as tubal ectopic pregnancy by relevant guidelines before operation and ask to keep the oviduct; 2. The estimated internal bleeding volume is less than 800 mL, and there is no hemorrhagic shock; 3. No contraindication of laparoscopic surgery; 4. Patients could understand the study plan and are willing to participate in the study, and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute infection, deep venous thrombosis or hypercoagulable state before operation, fasting blood glucose > 11.1mmol/L, blood pressure > 160/100mmHg, liver and kidney insufficiency, mental illness and other surgical contraindications; 2. Suspected severe endometriosis or vaginitis; 3. The history of multiple lower abdominal operations, gynecological examination considers serious pelvic adhesion; 4.B-ultrasound indicates that it is suspected to be interstitial pregnancy.
