18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with normal coagulation function; 2. Patients with GFR > 60ml / min before operation; 3. Patients with clinical stage t1an0m0; 4. Patients with renal score <=10; 5. Patients with indication of Da Vinci robot operation; 6. Patients with only one renal artery; 7. Patients without renal surgery history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 2. Patients with GFR 10; 5. Patients with contraindications to imaging examination or allergic to contrast media; 6. Patients with chronic kidney disease; 7. Patients with diabetic nephropathy; 8. Patients with benign renal diseases, such as renal cysts, kidney stones, etc
