20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe chronic hepatitis; 2. Patients with intermediate or advanced cirrhosis, including alcoholic cirrhosis, hepatitis cirrhosis, immune cirrhosis, drug-induced cirrhosis, and biliary cirrhosis; 3. Early and middle stage of severe liver disease; 4. Aged 20-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cirrhosis associated with severe coagulation dysfunction, severe gastrointestinal bleeding, and severe hepatic coma; 2. Definite history of liver cancer; 3. Severe heart, liver, kidney and lung failure; 4. Patients with poor general conditions who cannot tolerate stem cell transplantation surgery; 5. Severe systemic infection not under control; 6. Contrast allergy.
