Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for NTM lung disease in Chinas "Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Nontuberculous Mycobacterial Diseases (2012)", and the strain is identified as Mycobacterium intracellulare (or identified to the avium-intracellular Mycobacterium complex, MAC complex) patients; 2. According to the current condition, anti-NTM therapy is proposed; and anti-NTM therapy has not been given before, or the previous anti-NTM therapy has been stopped for less than one month; 3. Patients aged 18 to 65 years; 4. Understand and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergies to any drugs in the program; 2. Patients with liver, kidney, metabolism, autoimmune diseases, endocrine, blood, nervous system diseases, psychosis, malignant tumors, long-term immunosuppressive drugs or HIV/AIDS patients, etc.; 3. QTc interval >470 ms for females and >450 ms for males; 4. Severe lung function decline (FEV<30%); 5. Those who have been infected with other mycobacteria; 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 7. Participate in other clinical researchers at the same time.
