Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent has been signed; The tumor diameter was less than 3cm, and there was no lymph node and systemic metastasis; Lobectomy or segmentectomy plus lymph node dissection was performed; ECOG score of physical condition was 0-1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No systemic anticancer therapy and/or radiation for NSCLC before operation.
