Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertile couples undergoing IVF/ICSI treatment in cycles 1 to 3; 2. The age of the woman is 20-45 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infertile couples undergoing PGT treatment; 2. Use sperm supply; 3. The woman has congenital or secondary uterine abnormalities, such as uterine malformations including unicornuate uterus, mediastinal uterus or double uterus, uterine submucosal fibroids, intrauterine adhesions; 4. Recurrent miscarriage; 5. The woman has serious medical diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, liver and kidney disease, etc., or takes drugs for the treatment of other diseases that may affect the research results.
