Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent; 2. patients scheduled for ERCP under general anesthesia in prone position; 3. estimated to last 2h or less.; 4. Aged >=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult airway (Mallampati class 4 airway); 2. Predicted or known difficult airway; 3. known difficult mask ventilation, or suspected difficult airway; 4. obesity (body mass index >= 30kg/m2); 5. had deglutition disorders; 6. those who required mechanical ventilation after ERCP.
