Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women or their spouses have been living in the area for more than two years and plan to settle permanently in order to increase the follow-up rate; 2. SINGLETON, first delivery, no Cesarean section absolute indications; 3. Consent to participate in and cooperate with the study (signed informed consent form).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude pregnant women with pregnancy complications (gestational diabetes, hypertension, ECLAMPSIA); 2. Pregnant women and their spouses suffer from: hypertension, thyroid disease, HIV and sexually transmitted diseases, such as infectious diseases and other serious diseases.
