Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver metastases from colorectal have pathological confirmation, CT clear liver metastases, and enhanced CT scans strongly suggest a rich blood supply (advanced arterial tumors have obvious enhancement). 2. Liver metastases <= 5, no obvious signs of liver failure, excluded lung, brain and other distant metastases, no intestinal obstruction, rejection of surgical treatment or no surgical treatment, no portal vein thrombus. 3. Diagnostic criteria: 1) Imaging diagnosis: CT and MRI confirmed liver metastases; pathologically clear colorectal; laboratory tests: CEA, CA199, CA242, CA-125, CA242, CA50. 4. The patient is 40-85 years old and participates voluntarily; the patient and his family agree and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are obvious signs of liver failure, Child-Pug C grade of liver function; 2. Contraindications for TACE surgery such as portal vein thrombus; 3. There are obvious distant metastases, such as lung and brain, and intestinal obstruction; 4. Cases with poor compliance with the test; the course of treatment has not ended, and the patient withdraws due to other reasons.
