Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type of knee varus type: knee osteoarthritis patients with medial compartment symptoms, mainly manifested as pain in the medial or anterior medial knee joint or resting pain, local tenderness; 2. X-ray suggestion knee varus, narrowing of the medial space of the knee joint; 3. Knee flexion > 90 degrees, straightening <-15 degrees; 4. Systematic conservative treatment is invalid; 5. The patient has a clear consciousness and accepts the designated treatment plan; 6. The patient volunteers to participate in this study, And sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type of knee valgus type: knee osteoarthritis with valgus deformity, mainly lateral pain, or obvious patellofemoral joint symptoms; 2. There are more loose bodies in the knee joint with interlocking symptoms; 3. Suffering from intervertebral discs protrusion or spinal stenosis involving the ipsilateral lower limbs; 4. Suffering from avascular necrosis of the femoral head on the same side; 5. Suffering from arthritis caused by autoimmune diseases or metabolic disorders; 6. Influencing the lower limbs due to cerebrovascular diseases, trauma, etc. 7. Be prepared to perform other knee surgery or operations during the follow-up period.
