Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction in western medicine; (2) Male or female patients aged 30-78 years with acute stroke were confirmed by CT or MRI; (3) The course of disease was 14-45 days and the disease was stable; (4) NIHSS score was 4-24, Glasgow score was more than 8; (5) There were different degrees of hemiplegia. According to the evaluation standard of motor function of hemiplegia in stage II - IV, the muscle tension of paralyzed limbs was Grade 1-3 according to the modified Ashworth assessment; (6) The number of stroke was less than 2 times; (7) There were no other neurological or skeletal muscle diseases affecting functional recovery, and those who had not taken Chinese and Western sedatives or muscle relaxants recently; (8) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with brain atrophy, senile dementia and coma; (2) There were serious heart, liver, kidney dysfunction, gastrointestinal bleeding, malignant tumor; (3) Patients with brainstem hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral hemangioma rupture hemorrhage and thrombolytic therapy; (4) Deformity, disability, complete loss of self-care ability; (5) Participants in other clinical trials; (6) Those who could not cooperate with various scales; (7) In the treatment of limb spasm by Acupuncture and moxibustion.
