Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18-65 years old; 2) The diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia in ICD-10 were met; 3) The disease course was more than 2 years and the disease was stable; 4) At least one antipsychotic and at least one stable dose of BDZ has been used for at least 3 months; 5) MOCA < 26 points; 6) Have enough audio-visual level and understanding ability; 7) They were willing to replace BDZ with agomelatin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) They had violent attack when they joined the group; 2) The liver function is damaged; 3) Mental retardation or dementia; 4) Accompanied by severe physical diseases, including epilepsy; 5) Those who are allergic to agomelatin; 6) Pregnant or lactating women; 7) Patients who had received MECT or took agomelatin in recent 1 month; 8) Alcohol or other substance dependence; 9) Those who did not agree to participate in the study; 10) Those who are taking educational drugs.
