Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age was 16-65 years old, with no gender limit; 2. According to the Chinese guidelines for the surgical treatment of obesity and type 2 diabetes (2019 Edition), the indications were as follows (1) Simple obesity: BMI >= 37.5kg/m2, active surgery is recommended; 32.5 = 90cm, famale waist circumference >=85 cm, According to the imaging examination, it is suggested that central obesity should be considered. After extensive consultation of multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment cooperation group, the surgical recommendation level can be improved as appropriate. (2) Obesity complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus: there is still a certain insulin secretion function; BMI >= 32.5kg/m2, active surgery is recommended; 27.5 = 90cm and female waistline >= 85CM. According to imaging examination, central obesity was found. After extensive consultation of multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment cooperation group, the surgical recommendation level could be improved as appropriate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous weight loss and metabolic surgery or major gastrointestinal surgery; 2. At the same time, there are other causes of gastroesophageal reflux disease, such as scleroderma; 3. Mental and neurological disorders, unable to correctly express their wishes; 4. At the same time, there are other serious diseases that affect the evaluation of this study; 5. Those who can not understand the procedure and method of this clinical study, refuse to participate and sign the informed consent form.
