Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the patients was 18-75 years old; 2. Imaging examination showed solid thyroid mass; 3. Patients voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation disorders (PLT 1.5); 2. Samples failed to be sampled or not handled as required due to any reason; 3. There are other medical conditions that are not suitable for puncture.
