14 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 14 and 65 years; 2. Diagnosed with impaired lower limb function after closed lumbosacral plexus injury; 3. Quantitative assessment of lower extremity function after lumbosacral plexus injury indicates severe injury; 4. Obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-segment defect of the lumbosacral plexus nerve, and it is determined that the patient cannot recover after conservative treatment; 2. Acute lumbosacral plexus injury caused by incisions, stab wounds, etc. can be directly repaired by nerve anastomosis; 3. During the operation, it is clear that part of the lumbosacral plexus injury does not require surgical intervention; 4. For various reasons, including refusal to cooperate with treatment, severe visual or hearing impairment, severe cognitive impairment and other contraindications, treatment, rehabilitation and follow-up cannot be carried out according to the predetermined plan.
