Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria, prolapse of hemorrhoid ring. 2. The resting pressure of the anal canal >= 105mmHg. 3. There is no restriction on men and women between 18 and 65 years of age. 4. Complete informed consent and related notifications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a history of perianal surgery; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, and mental illness; 3. Specific infections such as tuberculosis; 4. Inflammatory bowel disease; 5. Pregnant or lactating women, allergic constitution or abnormal liver function; 6. Subjects who are participating in clinical research of other drugs.
