Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for bladder-derived nocturia; 2. Age 30-75, no gender limit; 3. Those who have not received any treatment in the past month; 4. Suffered from nocturia for more than 1 month; 5. Those who voluntarily act as observation objects and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with nocturia caused by cardiogenic diseases, renal diseases, sleep disorders and other diseases; 2. Patients with nocturia caused by psychological factors or due to drinks and foods with diuretic effects such as drinking water, tea, coffee, etc. for a long time; 3. People with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney insufficiency and other organic diseases; 4. Cancer patients; 5. Patients with mental illness and pregnancy; 6. Drugs that interfere with this study have been used in the past week; 7. Those who fail to treat as prescribed or use other treatment methods during treatment.
