Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selection criteria (answer "No" to any of the following items, that is, you cannot join the group). General selection criteria: (1) adults aged between 30 and 70 years old; (2) informed consent form and operation consent form signed by patients and their families. The inclusion criteria of group A were as follows: (1) the subjects were diagnosed as primary frozen shoulder, and no obvious injury was found in preoperative imaging examination (MRI, etc.); (2) flexion 100 degrees or less, external rotation 20 degrees or less, internal rotation lower than the fifth lumbar vertebra or less. The inclusion criteria of group B were as follows: (1) the subjects were diagnosed as frozen rotator joint with rotator cuff injury, and the rotator cuff injury was confirmed by preoperative imaging (MRI, etc.), which accorded with the indication of arthroscopic operation; (2) flexion 100 degrees or less, external rotation 20 degrees or less, internal rotation lower than the fifth lumbar vertebra or below. The inclusion criteria of group C were as follows: (1) subjects were diagnosed as closed shoulder injury, such as recurrent dislocation of shoulder joint, acute or chronic acromioclavicular joint dislocation, fracture around shoulder joint (no limitation of movement of shoulder joint before fracture) and so on.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (answer "yes" to any of the following, that is, you cannot join the group). (1) patients with severe diseases or dysfunction of parenchymal organs. (2) subjects with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate with treatment or who give effective consent. (3) Osteoarthritis of frozen shoulder and glenoid joint secondary to rheumatic disease and infectious arthritis; previous intra-articular fracture; fibromyalgia; bilateral frozen shoulder. (4) patients who received corticosteroid injection on the affected side in the past 3 months.
