Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with congenital diaphragmatic hernia diagnosed before childbirth; 2. Children born in our hospital and treated with multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment mode; 3. The children met the criteria of pulmonary hypertension by echocardiography; 4. After informing the parents of all aspects of the clinical treatment study, the parents voluntarily confirmed their consent to participate in the clinical treatment study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiac malformations; 2. Patients with chromosomal abnormalities; 3. Patients whose family members give up treatment and withdraw during the treatment process; 4. Patients who did not follow the diagnosis and treatment path during the treatment.
