18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged >18 years and 200umol/l, and preoperative imaging assessment requires large-scale hepatectomy for patients with more than half of the liver; 3) Child-turcotte -Pugh score of liver function grade A-B; 4) Volume of residual liver >30%; 5) ASA1-4; 6) The patient has independent ability, understands and voluntarily signs written informed consent, and can complete the follow-up plan; 7) Women of gestational age should be excluded from pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient has obvious heart, lung, brain and renal insufficiency; 2) Pregnant or lactating female patients.
