Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the 2014 diagnostic criteria of Chinese Guidelines for diagnosis and Treatment of acute ischemic stroke: 1. Functional impairment of the kitchen god (weakness or numbness in one side of the face or limb, speech disorder, etc.), a few comprehensive neurological functional defects; 2.There is no limitation on the duration of symptoms or signs (when imaging indicates a responsible ischemic disorder), or 24h or more (when imaging shows no responsible lesion); Exclusion of non-vascular etiology;Brain CT/MRI ruled out cerebral hemorrhage.2. Age 30-80 years old, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other cerebrovascular accidents: transient ischemic attack, hemorrhagic stroke, etc. 2. Central nervous system diseases such as intracranial space-occupying lesions. 3. A clear history of traumatic brain injury. 4. Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency.
