Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.From October 2020 to December 2021, 60 patients with postoperative recurrence and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer in thoracic surgery department of East China Hospital affiliated to Fudan University were included. 2. Preoperative chest CT examination of patients with suspected lung cancer; 3. The patient was pathologically diagnosed as lung cancer after surgery; 4. Patients who can obtain blood samples and tissue samples; 5. The sample is collected before the patient receives lung cancer related treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of cancer, patients with other causes of lung resection, patients with atelectasis, pleural effusion, multiple nodules, and patients receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery; patients with blood clot clotting or hemolysis;
