Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 5-80 years; 2. Patients after HO of elbow joint.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by peripheral vascular and nerve injury; 2. Diabetes; 3. Treatment of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 4. Cardiac insufficiency; 5. Hematological diseases; 6. Hepatic and renal dysfunction; 7. Rheumatic immune system disease; 8. Chemotherapy; 9. Steroid therapy; 10. Pregnancy.
