Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with low back pain with or without lower limb symptoms; 2. Patients with complete clinical data and imaging data, including: lumbar spine X-ray series (lateral, double oblique, hyperextension and hyperextension), lumbar CT plain scan + reconstruction, lumbar MRI plain scan; 3. Patients who come to the outpatient clinic for the first time and have not received lumbar spine surgery in the past; 4. Patients between 21 and 79 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a clear history of lumbar trauma or diagnosed as traumatic lumbar fractures; 2. Patients diagnosed as pathological fractures (including lumbar spine tumors, lumbar spine infections) or osteoporotic fractures; 3. Patients who cannot cooperate with physical examinations or who have recently received treatment in a foreign hospital; 4. Patients with severe heart, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic, metabolic, and mental diseases that cannot be treated.
