Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Sepsis group: sepsis was diagnosed (2016 diagnostic criteria);28 days < age <= 16; The child's guardian agrees.Only those with the above three can be enrolled. 2) Control group without obvious signs of infection: perioperative children without signs of infection; 28 days < age <= 16;The child's guardian agrees. Only those with the above three can be enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Children with long-term chemotherapy; 2) Children receiving long-term immunosuppressive therapy; 3) Children with suspected or confirmed immunodeficiency; 4) A history of unexplained fever (continuous fever >= 21 days) before admission. Any of the above and above is excluded.
