Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 60 years old or older, and there are one or more of the following diseases: family history of dementia, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, ischemic heart disease, atrial fibrillation, smoking, drinking, obesity, weight loss, after 65 - year - old history of Parkinson's disease, cerebrovascular disease, depression, chronic kidney disease (CKD), low level of education, the lack of physical and mental activity and low social support, etc.; 2. exist mild cognitive impairment (namely the mini-mental state examination score: illiteracy 18 to 27 points, elementary school less than or equal to 21-27 points, high school above 24-27 points).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Too ill to participate; Reject participants.
