Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Rectal tumor which the distance of tumor inferior margin to pectinate line less than 6cm. 2. According with operation indications of TaTME. 3. Male or female patients aged over 18. 4. None disfunction of defecation within 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent tumor. 2. Emergency operation. 3. Intestinal obstruction before operation. 4. Combined irritable bowel syndrome or outlet obstructive constipation within 5 years. 5. Tumor secondary to inflammatory bowel disease. 6. Unwilling to this clinical trail.
