Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Refer to the relevant content in "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis" Clinical standards: 1. Knee joint pain most of the time in the past month; 2. Bone friction sound; 3. Morning stiffness = 38 years old; 5. Bone enlargement. It can be diagnosed if it meets 1+2+3+4, or 1+2+5 or 1+4+5. Clinical + Radiology + Laboratory Standards: 1. There was knee pain most of the time in the past 1 month; 2. X-ray showed osteophyte formation; 3. The joint fluid examination was consistent with osteoarthritis; 4. Aged >= 40 years; 5. Morning stiffness = 60 years, no gender limit; 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe osteoporosis; 2. Patients with new acute fractures unhealed; 3. Patients with severe primary disease or mental illness.
