Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged over 60 years; 2) The BMI index is 18.5-24; 3) Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis (according to the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2018 Edition)" published by the Joint Surgery Group of the Orthopedic Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in the Journal of Chinese Orthopaedics), the diagnosed knee joint Inflammation patients, all patients meet the Kellgren-Lawrence classification II-III KOA imaging diagnostic criteria; 4) VAS score of patients with knee osteoarthritis > 4 points; 5) Obtain the informed consent of the patient, have good compliance, and can cooperate to complete the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of knee surgery or trauma history such as fractures and other traumatic clinical studies; 2) Malnutrition or obesity; 3) Patients with underlying diseases; 4) Patients with neuromuscular diseases are paralyzed or disabled in lower limbs; 5) Suffer from rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, joint tuberculosis, bone tumor or vascular disease around the knee joint; 6) Patients with mental illness or with history of epilepsy, persons with severe cognitive impairment and any other diseases or physiological conditions that interfere with the test results. 7) Patients with metal-containing devices such as cochlear implants and pacemakers; 8) The patient is in the active phase of bleeding disease or bleeding tendency; 9) Patients with advanced malignant tumors.
