18 Years to 79 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Unhealing time of chronic wounds > 1 month; 3. Patient agree to draw autologous whole blood to make platelet-rich plasma gel; 4. Wound size is between 0.5cm2 and 50cm2; 5. Patients have sufficient venous access for regularly draw blood to prepare platelet-rich plasma gel;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hematological diseases and immunodeficiency; 2. Aged > 80 years and have severe medical diseases; 3. The wounds have no soft tissue coverage, bone, tendon or steel plate exposed; 4. Tumor patients who receive chemotherapy and radiotherapy; 5. The serum albumin are less than 25g/l, the hemoglobin are less than 100g/l, and the platelet count are less than 100*10^9/l; 6. Patients who take anti-rejection drugs and glucocorticoids for a long time; 7. Can not accept or understand the treatment plan.
