Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of Wilson's disease should be combined with the clinical manifestations (especially the liver and neuropsychiatric symptoms), corneal K-F ring, serum ceruloplasmin, serum copper and 24-hour urine copper, etc., and refer to the European guideline score system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with neurogenic Wilson's disease were excluded. Patients with Wilson's disease with nervous system involvement alone were excluded from this study.
