No minimum to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the patients ranged from 1 month to 14 years; 2. ICU length of stay >= 24 hours; 3. Informed consent of child guardian was obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coma or deep sedation(RASS < -3) lasting from the moment of first evaluation for recruitment; 2. Patients with mental illness or mental retardation who keep taking antipsychotic drugs; 3. Patients with neurological disease or neurosurgical disease; 4. Patients with hearing impairment or dysopia; 5. Patients with delirium before admission.
