Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the above diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine and Western medicine; 2.Not limited to men and women, aged >= 18 years; 3.Including only prurigo nodosa, excluding patients with acute prurigo, adult prurigo, and prurigo pregnancy; 4.The selected patients did not use drugs that could affect the results of this study within 1 week before treatment, such as glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, antihistamines, etc.; 5.Sign the patient's informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The skin lesions are only distributed on one side of the body; 2.Patients with severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney, brain and other primary diseases and unstable condition and need to receive medical treatment first; 3.Patients with other diseases that require systematic treatment (such as the use of large amounts of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressive agents, etc.); 4.Patients with acute infectious diseases or local skin ulcers or severe infections; 5.Pregnant or lactating women patients; 6.Those who suffer from mental illness and cannot cooperate with acupuncture treatment; 7.Those who are allergic or intolerant to the drugs used in this test; 8.Those who cannot tolerate acupuncture; those who have a history of dizziness;
