Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Jing'an Temple community is located in the southwestern part of Shanghai City, China. According to the annual census at the end of 2009, the target population lived in 11 communities, with 5138 registered residents over 60 years old. Eligible research subjects are: (1) Registered residents of the community; (2) >= 60 years; or (3) Able to communicate and receive physical and cognitive examinations . This study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Huashan Hospital of Fudan University. Have obtained written informed consent from all participants and/or their legal representatives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with schizophrenia or mental retardation based on medical records.
